EN-GJS-700-2C

EN-GJS-700-2C, also known as GGG70, offers higher mechanical properties than those of EN-GJS-500-7C (GGG50) or EN-GJS-600-3C (GGG60), resulting in even better abrasion resistance. Despite the high hardness, this grade offers good machining and surface finish of high standard. EN-GJS-700-2C is suitable for applications where high strength and a fully pearlitic structure are required to withstand large dynamic and static loads. For example, this material is often used for rotor applications for pumps and compressors along with in the hydraulic and pneumatic industry. This grade is also suitable for applications in the automotive, machinery and equipment for the steel manufacturing industry.
